A Nigerian woman believed to be in her 30s has been arrested for allegedly stealing a baby boy at Nnamdi Azikiwe Teaching Hospital, Nigeria.

Some residents took laws into their hands when they descended on a middle-aged woman whose name is yet unknown, and almost beat her to death after stripping her naked and parading her around the town.

According to reports, the fat lady stole a baby boy from a woman who gave birth to twins. She hid the baby in her handbag, on her way out the baby cried and she was caught.
