Police Patrol Team To The Rescue As Armed Robbers Attack Bullion Van On Kasoa – Winneba Road

A bullion van transporting money has been attacked few days after the Korle Bu incident.

This time the police patrol team on the road came to the rescue of the bullion van, the driver, the police and the money.

The attack happened in the afternoon of Thursday. June 17, 2021 at Gomoa Okyereko on the Kasoa – Winneba road.

They shot the window side of the van where the police officer was seated but fortunately no one got injured.

In other news the Inspector General of Police has ordered all banks to acquire a standard armored bullion vans by the end of this month.
