Official Press Release: Court Orders EOCO To Take Over Zylofon Music & Zylofon FM

An Accra High Court has asked the Economic and Organized Crime Office take over Zylofon Music and Zylofon FM.

According to a Press Release issued by the office, they have received a court order to freeze some assets of Nana Appiah Mensah.

Aside properties and offices owned by MenzGold Ghana Limited, the court order listed other businesses associated with the embattled businessman.

Notable amongst the other businesses associated with Nana Appiah confiscated are Zylofon Music & Zylofon Media Company Limited.

As per the court order all employees of the affected companies, relatives and friends of the Menzgold CEO who have in their possession any of the named properties to surrender all such assets to EOCO in their own interest.

Failure to adhere to the court order is tantamount to contempt of court.
