Mahama to name running mate today; Prof. Naana Opoku Agyemang, Tamaklo, Nii Noi Thompson and other names pop up

The Presidential candidate of the National Democratic Congress, John Dramani Mahama is set to name a running mate for the 2020 election today.

Several names have pop up as the pool of names he will pick his running mate from.

Prof. Naana Opoku Agyemang, Dr. Nii Noi Thompson, Leslie Mensah Tamakloe, Dr. Kwabena Duffour, Awuah Darko and Cadman Mills are the names that has been circulating since 2019.

Rumors has it that John Mahama favors the only woman amongst the name going round.

According to people close to the Presidential Candidate of NDC, he will announce Prof. Naana Opoku Agyemang as his running mate by the close of the day.
