Lilwin regrets being a Ghanaian and bemoans the harsh criticism he has received in the wake of the tragedy in the song “25th May.” Both the general audience and his peers have responded differently to his emotional song.

Kwaku Manu, however, said in an exclusive interview with Zionfelix on the Uncut Show that Lilwin ought to have delayed the song’s release. “People’s memories of the accident are still vivid, particularly in light of the tragic death of the 3-year-old boy,” Manu stated.

He brought out the fact that the matter is still being considered by the courts, which makes the timing even more delicate.

Additionally, Kwaku Manu stated that he continues to be concerned about the decisions made by Lilwin’s management team, implying that this particular case emphasizes one of those issues. Maybe Kuami Eugene, who dropped a song following a recent accident, served as inspiration for Lilwin’s squad. But the situation isn’t the same. Eyewitness testimonies indicate Kuami Eugene may have been somewhat at fault in Lilwin’s case, but he was allegedly not at fault in Kuami Eugene’s case, Manu clarified.
