Kofi Kyereh has recounted how he slept in Ghana colors as a kid and his dream to play for Black Stars.

German born Ghanaian footballer Kofi Kyereh has recounted how he used to sleep in the colors of Ghana and his dream of playing for Ghana Black Stars.

Few days to Ghana’s opening match in the Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup against Portugal, Kofi Kyereh took to his social media pages to share a photo his parents took of him when he was a kid.

He was dressed in Ghana colors with the Ghana flag and the a calendar of the Ghana Black Stars squad for Germany 2006.

He had a ball on his bed which shows he has always wanted to play football and represent Ghana.

The photo was taken during the Germany 2006 World Cup when he was just 10-years-old.

 

 

Finally the dream came through for him in 2021and on Thursday he will add to the dream by playing for Ghana at the biggest sports event in the world, FIFA World Cup.
