I’ll choose foreign passport over PhD and Law degree combined – Wayoosi

Kumawood actor Joseph Osei, better known by his stage name Wayoosi, has spoken on the argument pitting the advantages of obtaining a foreign passport against the worth of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degrees.

The well-known actor claimed that as the two have very distinct functions, they shouldn’t be compared.

Wayoosi stated in a video  that he would rather have a foreign passport than a PhD because of all the advantages it had.

He continued by saying that he would still pick the foreign passport even if the PhD included a legal degree.

“Please, stop this useless discussion. How is a PhD comparable to a foreign passport? My preference would still be for the foreign passport, even if you combine a law degree with a doctorate. Don’t stress yourself out by overanalyzing things, he urged.

Kofi Gabs, a Ghanaian living and working as a janitor in the Netherlands, was the one who started the argument. Mr. Happiness, whose real name is Kofi Gabs, just got his Dutch passport and said it made traveling much easier when he was going to see a friend in the States.

Consequently, Kofi Gabs contends that a PhD from Ghana is not as advantageous as a Dutch passport, claiming that even a PhD holder would have challenges when completing their travel documents with a Ghanaian passport.

His comment emphasizes that, in contrast to someone holding a Dutch passport, a PhD holder in Ghana without a foreign passport would face difficulties getting travel documents for overseas travel. Kofi Gabs thinks a PhD from the University of Ghana is not as valuable as a Dutch passport.
