The lady in question is Nigerian actress, Etinosa Idemudia and the guy is Mc Galaxy.

The actress took some shots on alcohol during the live video call, took of her pants and then her top.
Etinosa Idemudia eventually went totally nak3d as the video chat got interesting.
From a screenshot spotted by Ghsplash, the lady in a chat with the MC, promised to go nak3d on the live chat.
