Former KMA Boss Akwasi Agyemang alias Okumkɔm called to glory

Akwesi Agyemang popularly known as Okumkɔm has been called to glory at the age of 86.

The former Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly boss died at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital on Tuesday, 14th January 2019.

Akwesi Agyemang earned the name Okumkɔm during his reign as the boss of KMA for his no-nonsense style of leadership.

Okumkɔm was a stalwart of the National Democratic Congress and a great protege of former President JJ Rawlings who made him the boss of KMA.

The great statement is the uncle of the King of Asanteman, Otumfuo Osei Tutu.
