Edward Akwasi Boateng Receives GH¢60,000 Donation From Okatakyie Afrifa, Francis Amoako, Others
Edward Akwasi Boateng has been receiving donations from the general public ever since he went viral for selling pen drive on the streets.
Veteran gospel musician Edward Akwasi Boateng has had his fortune change after going viral in a video where he was seen selling pen drive.
Having gone broke and getting divorced by his wife, he’s in Ghana struggling to take care of his children.
He took to the streets to hawk pen drive of his old song and he was recorded by someone who shared the video on social media.
The video caught the attention of Prophet El Bernard especially when someone tried to ridicule God for allowing a gospel musician to go broke.
Prophet El Bernard gifted him car, placed him on monthly stipend and offered scholarships to all his three children to the University level.
Since then donations have been flowing his way.
Edward Akwasi Boateng has now received GH¢60,000 donation in the studios of Accra based Angel Fm.
The donation came from Okatakyie Afrifa, Apostle Francis Amoako, CEO of 3P, regular momo donations, Miracle from Sunyani and from the production team of Angel Fm’s morning show.
