Christ The King Teachers Foil Attempt By A Gambia Man To Kidnap A KG Kid

Teachers of Christ The King School at Airfoce Base in Takoradi foiled another kidnapping case in the Western Region.

The pupil were having an extra curriculum activities under a tree in the compound of the school.

The suspect was seen hanging around suspiciously.

As soon as the teacher entered the class room, the suspect signaled the girl to come to him.

He then  moved amongst the kids and picked the bag of the KG kid.

The kid decided to follow him for his bag and this prompted the head teacher to chase him.

Other teachers of the school joined the chase and were able to grab him and interrogated him on why he picked the bag of the kid but he couldn’t give them any reasonable answer

According to the teachers the suspect couldn’t communicate in Akan and identified himself as a Gambia living in Takoradi.

Peace Fm Western Region reporters spoke to the mother of the school kid and she denied knowing the suspect.

His name is Mohamed Hamid and he’s currently in police custody for further investigation.
