Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II has once again demonstrated elegance and extravagance by displaying the newest vehicle in his collection. The new Hongqi H9 that the esteemed king drives is valued at more over GH¢701,000, or US$45,500.

According to reports, Otumfuo drove from Manhyia Palace to the airport, where he took a jet to travel to the UK. An internet video shows the vehicle parked at the Prempeh I International Airport, with the number plate bearing the prominent inscription “Asantehene.”
