1st group of Accra Girls students who tested positive for COVID-19 return to campus after recovering
The first group of Accra Girls students who tested positive for COVID-19 have recovered.
On Sunday 5th of July 2020, several media houses reported that some students of the Accra Girls Senior High School have tested positive for coronavirus.
The news did send shivers down the spines of parents with some storming the school with the intent of taking their children home.

On the 13th of July a joint statement from the Ghana Health Service and Ghana Education Service conformed that the coronavirus cases in Accra High has jumped to 55.
Thankfully the first group of students who tested positive early in July have recovered.
A photo of the alleged recovered students has surfaced on the internet which sees the girls in front of one of the school’s buses.
